• Experience: 3-5 years of Graphic Designer/Photoshop Expert Jobs
• Consult with stakeholders to understand the business problem, learner profile and the evaluation methodology to implement in the proposed learning solution.
• Work along with the Client team to understand and take forward the solution approach and design to development and execution phase.
• Contribute to users / client organization through the Learning process and help them plan their learning plan / schedules etc.
• Develop innovative pedagogical and blended and online learning in collaboration with the project team.
• Ability to write effective instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
