Data Entry Analyst
Fully remote position available in PST hours, contract duration of 6-18 months.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent data entry skills and experience working with software such as Ninox, Kintone, and OmPrompt Order Management.
Responsibilities:
Login to Attainia Planit and locate three specific projects.
Export Equipment and Furniture lists for each project.
Gather External Data Set:
Obtain an updated external dataset containing Departments, Rooms, and Equipment details.
Ensure the dataset is formatted correctly for integration.
Verify Data Completeness:
Confirm all necessary fields (e.g., item descriptions, quantities, model numbers, manufacturers) are included in both datasets.
IDentify and fill any missing or incomplete data points by consulting project managers or external vendors if needed.
Standardize Naming Conventions & Categories:
Align terminology across all datasets (e.g., ensure
