2. Conduct data analysis to identify trends and patterns in the real estate market
3 Collaborate with the data science team to leverage big data analytics for strategic decision-making
4. Ensure the integrity and security of our database management system through regular testing and maintenance
5. Utilize advanced Excel skills to create reports and visualizations for stakeholders
6. Optimize data structures to enhance data storage and retrieval processes
7. Provide support for ad-hoc data entry and analysis tasks as needed
