We're looking for a highly skilled Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data into our systems, formatting documents, and converting files. As a Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
• **Data Entry**: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, ensuring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
• **Document Formatting**: Format documents extensively using Microsoft Word, ensuring consistency and professionalism.
• **File Conversion**: Convert files from one format to another using Adobe, ensuring seamless integration with our systems.
• **Proposal Development**: Assist in the development of proposals for clients, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• **Communication**: Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
• *Essential Skills**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential skills:
• **Microsoft Word**: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, including formatting, editing, and proofreading.
• **Adobe**: Familiarity with Adobe, including file conversion and formatting.
• **Attention to Detail**: High levels of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.
• **Organizational Skills**: Excellent organizational skills, including prioritization, time management, and multitasking.
• **Communication Skills**: Effective communication skills, including written and verbal communication.

This is a fully remote part-time position, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your needs. You'll work 20 hours per week, with a regular schedule of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm EST, Monday to Friday, with a 1-hour lunch break.
