A Data Entry supervisor is responsible for delivering the desired result on time by better team management.
He/she will be involved in the timeframes of delivering the results.
He/she will be involved in the training and mentoring activities on a day to day basis.
Responsibilities:
Managing and Mentoring Team
Understanding and Communicating with the clients on the requirements
Designing training programs and imparting training
Responsible to delivering the desired results on time
Communication of Progress and Issues
Essential Requirements
Good written and spoken English
Bachelor Degree
Good working knowledge of Computers
Exposure to Microsoft applications such as Word and Excel would be advantageous.
Data entry skills
Desirable Requirements
Experience in managing team
Attention to detail and accuracy critical
Excellent organizational and task co-ordination skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
