The Data Executive position in the Data & Tech team offers young, energetic and motivated people to be a part of Lighthouse Communities Foundation digital work. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills, data analytics skills and be able to function independently with minimum guidance.
Your role to supplement the Organisational goals:
Data Integration - Timely upload of data in CRM and Excel MIS from different centres.
Data Sanctity - Regular monitoring of the quality of data and data cleansing.
Data Analysis - Conduct data analysis, Identify gaps and provide suggestions or recommendations to improve the program
Reporting - Prepare weekly,monthly dashboards and trends on program enrollments on different factors like gender,etc for data updates.
Any other work assigned by the line manager or organisation.
Who we are looking for:
Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in any field with excellent hold on MS Excel.
Experience: 0-1 year in data analysis or MIS role. Familiar with Excel formulae and functionalities including Pivot tables.
You must understand the significance of clean data and ensure the same at all times to enable in-depth analysis and reporting.
Adept in preparing exciting reports using softwares like MS Office (WORD, Powerpoint), Canva etc. or as per the required donor format.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in the English language is a must.
Strong organisational skills and attention to details.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stay on deadline.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Added advantage- Very good knowledge about data Tools, data analytics, CRM technology.

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
