Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Rules Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing business rules using FICO's Decision Manager. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, conducting thorough analysis of business rules, and developing efficient and maintainable rule-based systems.
Main Responsibilities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and implementation requirements.
• Design and develop business rules using Rule Flows, Rule Templates, Rule Sets, and Decision Table Metaphor.
• Establish and enforce development guidelines to ensure consistency and quality across the project.
• Manage XSDs and DOM to ensure accurate data representation and integration.
• Troubleshoot and resolve runtime issues using Blaze Debugger.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• Extensive experience in the banking and financial services industry.
• Proficiency in implementing rules-based solutions using Structured Rule Language (SRL) within FICO's Business Rules Engine (BRE).
• Skilled in N-unit testing, creating comprehensive test cases, and performing performance tuning.
• Expertise in using FICO's decision management tools for developing and managing business rules.
