The Chief Data Office within Technology, Data, and Innovation is establishing and enforcing data principles, policies and standards covering data management and all data lifecycle disciplines (data residency and access, records management, archiving, data disposal).
We are searching for a candidate with a good understanding of risks and controls and interest in Data Management. You will be responsible for supporting the team in designing and developing the regional approach to Data Management in the United Kingdom and Ireland (UKI) as well as helping to manage the Group level Data controls and related findings portfolio.

Your key responsibilities
• Contributing to the design and delivery of the UKI operating model for Data Management in alignment to the minimum standards for Regional Data Management
• Monitoring data management related regulatory changes and gap analysis to Deutsche Bank processes for UKI
• Preparing Senior Management reporting on data related topics impacting the UKI region
• Assisting in the review and challenge of audit findings to ensure compliance with the Bank's Findings Management Policy
• Supporting the wider Data Risk and controls team in ensuring the effectiveness of the controls for Data Management functions across the Group
Your skills and experience
• Experience in a Data related field is a pre-requisite (Data Management, Records Management, Data Privacy, Information Security).
• Understanding of risk and controls including regulatory requirements a benefit
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office Applications, and experience of management reporting
• High interpersonal versatility/flexibility
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
