We’re looking for a Data Insights and Advisory Lead to join our Business Banking team and drive data ecellence across our lending and deposit portfolios.
As a leader in data and insights, you’ll shape and eecute strategies to leverage data, reporting and analysis to fuel growth, enhance decision-making, and drive business performance. You’ll collaborate across business units to improve data governance & quality, undertake analytics, and utilise innovative sources and tools to empower business leaders with actionable insights and future-ready solutions.

What you’ll do
Design and deliver a data strategy aligned with Business Banking objectives
Provide insights and reporting to support business growth and performance optimisation
Lead ad hoc analysis activities to support strategic initiatives including development of new products, channels and segments
Champion data-driven decision-making across cross-functional teams
Lead data governance, quality, and stewardship initiatives
Support change initiatives with data analysis and impact assessments
Mentor and uplift data capability across the organisation

perience in data strategy, governance, and analytics within financial services
Strong consulting background with a commercial mindset
Ability to translate comple
data into clear, actionable insights and passion for storytelling through data
Skilled in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration
Comfortable in agile environments with competing priorities
Passionate about mentoring and building data capability
