We are seeking a Data Integrity Analyst to join our team based in North Sydney, Australia.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and govern customer and product master data, ensuring seamless integration and compliance across all systems.
Implement and influence data governance policies and procedures across the organisation.
Conduct regular data quality audits and lead cleansing activities.
Oversee data integration processes between critical systems in the order management process.
Collaborate with stakeholders to address data-related issues and improve data quality.
Lead and participate in data integrity and process improvement initiatives.
Manage new account setup process, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in master data management and data governance
Good understanding of data flows and system integrations as well as EDI messaging.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and act on exception reports.
Proficiency in CRM and ERP software, with a strong knowledge of Excel (vlookup, power query, pivot tables).
Experience with data management tools and software, and a certification in data management or related fields is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent experience.
