About this Role
The Assistant Director, Integrity Monitoring is responsible for the design, management and operation of a quality and integrity monitoring service for Earth observation data and satellite missions. This role involves engaging with satellite operators and international coordination groups such as Committee on Earth Observation Satellites (CEOS), identifying ongoing technical and user requirements, and establishing and overseeing service contracts in support of the integrity monitoring capability.
Key Responsibilities
The key duties of the position include:
Engaging with satellite operators and international coordination groups to ensure the integrity of Earth observation data;
Identifying ongoing technical and user requirements for an operational quality and integrity monitoring service;
Establishing and overseeing service contracts in support of the integrity monitoring capability;
SUPPORTING THE DIRECTOR, DATA PROCESSING, QUALITY AND INTEGRITY AND CONTRIBUTING TO STRATEGIC PLANNING.
Requirements
