Party Reference Data Utility is responsible for timely and accurate completion of Reference data setup and maintenance across various LOBs
Key Responsibilities:
Role Description
Overseeing daily production processes as well as a project portfolio for the strategic program
Measuring process performance and increasing efficiency
Interfacing with stakeholders in front office, middle office, and client onboarding teams
Subject matter expertise in party reference data and data quality management
Process excellence through process measurement and continuous improvement
Transparency through metrics on data quality, data remediation, and productivity
Coaching and developing analysts
Experience Required
8+ years of experience leading global operations teams
Experience in data management, process management, business management, project management , Process improvement & Lean
Experience measuring process performance and data quality
Content Areas Required
Party reference data, account reference data, client documentation
Client onboarding, KYC, or Middle Office
Required Skills and Qualifications
University Graduate.
10+ years' experience in financial services or related industries
Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role
Motivate team members by demonstrating passion and vision
Analyze data sets to identity fact patterns, root causes, key drivers, etc.
Analyze processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control
Explain complex concepts in simple terms and create concise executive summaries
Research issues, ask relevant questions, connect concepts, and make recommendations
Work collaboratively in a matrixed environment
