Creation of System for Automation of Operations and various Processes through Google Scripting , Forms & Sheets for an Import & Export Company.
Creation of Bot systems for WhatsApp, Telegram
Requirements :
• 3 to 5 Years and above of working experiences & MIS
• Thorough knowledge and expertise in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
• Should know PIVOT Tables & Macros
• Strong Background of Mathematics would be beneficial
• Google Forms / Jot Forms / Google Sheets & Ms Excel Logics
• Knowledge of Google Scripting , Data Studio & Intranet is a Must
• WhatsApp , Mail & Form Automation through sheets is a must
• Should be able to generate FMS, PMS, IMS , MIS Reports
• Should be able to implement WhatsApp BOT / Telegram BOT / (Internal / External) system.
• The Data Management Executive would need to ensure that data is integrated and migrated properly across different systems and platforms, in order to facilitate business processes
• The Data Management Executive would need to ensure that the organization's data is secure and protected from unauthorized access. This includes implementing data access controls, encryption, and other security measures.
• Strong knowledge of data management tools and technologies, including data modeling, ETL, data warehousing, and reporting.
• Strong understanding of data quality management, data governance, and data security concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
