Job Description
We seek a motivated Data Miner / Process Associate to conduct focused web research and extract accurate client data for import into Excel and CRM systems. This role is essential in ensuring that our CRM remains enriched with high-quality data sourced from the web—especially targeting clients across the US, UK, and Australia.
• Key Responsibilities
- Validate and cleanse collected data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Input and update data in Excel spreadsheets, using features like formulas, filters, and pivot tables; ensure data is formatted correctly for CRM integration.
- Import or map clean data accurately into CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Ensure data privacy and compliance with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
- Collaborate with business or marketing teams to prioritize data needs and research focus areas.
- Maintain a systematic audit trail of sources and data origin for transparency and traceability.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience in web research, data mining, or similar roles involving online data extraction.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including use of VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, filters, conditional formatting, and pivot tables.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
