Job Description
Commercial Loan Processor. The job entails working in a high energy business with the opportunity to learn multiple aspects of the commercial mortgage finance industry. Applicant should possess excellent communication skills and attention to detail. The applicant should be comfortable speaking with clients on the phone. Applicant needs to have an entrepreneurial spirit, be a self- starter, and be able to work without direct supervision. Computer skills including proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe is required. Experience in Commercial loan aspects important.
General Duties will include:
- Commercial Loan Processor
- Obtaining documents from clients
- Orders credit reports, appraisals, title reports, reference checks and other information as needed on loan applicants.
- Communicate with Title Company, Loan Officers, Borrowers, other parties
- Data enter into contact management system all loan files
- Follow up and collect documents to complete loan files for Loan Officers to review
- Have proficient experience in Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat, and ability to learn CRM program (ACT), Fileshare (all web based applications).
Hours are flexible, up to 2 - 6 hours daily, but not guaranteed
Must have own personal computer, internet connection, phone
Applicant to work from own personal office or home office
