Introduction
The successful candidate will be responsible and accountable for the technical delivery for medium to large scale regulatory projects in Barclays USCB. This is a hands-on technical leadership role with direct responsibility for the deliveries of the local team with an emphasis on strong cross-region collaboration. The role requires expert technical knowledge and strong banking skills in Data Architecture. The ideal candidate will be able to bring experience from previous lead developer position(s), with direct experience of end-to-end implementation, application development and project execution, ensuring that strategic key core principles are followed. The ideal candidate should be self-sufficient and pro-active in leading their work and provides a platform for best-practice processes for the team members.
