The Role:
This position works within the Ad Ops team and collaborates closely with the Landowner and Sales teams. Oversee all the data aspects of advertising campaigns, including but not limit to- pre campaign inventory availabilities, post campaign analytics and network inventory insights. Ensure smooth and accurate onboarding, verification and operation of all first- and third-party data required to produce relevant reports.
Responsibilities:
• Manage C-Screens’ audience and footfall tracking data and reports
• Manage all incoming landowner and campaign data, by collating and reporting in the relevant manner to ensure effective reporting for all sites and advertising campaigns.
• Ensure and action with the company’s reporting methodology with the opportunity to participate in improving the existing methodology.
• Deliver analytical reports to wider team, such as:
• Collaborate with the Estate team on first party data collection and network inventory utilisation analysis.
• Produce weekly campaign delivery report to the sales team
• Produce monthly campaign delivery report to the finance team.
• Produce Ad-hoc data reports and data queries in response to various sales and network pitches
• Master the C-Player (C-Screens’ video player) to assist with site playlist’s configuration, play out reports, SOV rectifications and general troubleshooting.
• Support the Campaign Operations Manager to implement departmental workflow improvements when needed.
• Proactively flag any campaign delivery issues to the Ad Ops manager/ relevant teams with campaign optimisation suggestions
Essential:
• Relevant degree of numerical competence and comfortable working with large data sets and the ability to interpret anomalies and inaccuracies to full resolve.
• Relevant degree of competence in core Microsoft suite. – particularly Excel.
• Bonus if the candidate has prior experience with coding script especially Java and Python is desired but not essential
• Strong administration, and analytical skills, and the ability to work with data to make informed decisions.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Confident, self-motivated, and able to work with multiple deadlines.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Be highly organised, with strong attention to detail to ensure all work is 100% accurate.
• Likes solving problems and looking for creative ways to improve existing processes.
• Able to work under pressure and enjoys working in a team.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Punctual and reliable, with a commitment to meeting project deadlines, including willingness to work on overnight projects.
Desirable:
• Previous experience in a data operations role and a relevant background in working with multiple data sets is essential
• Experience in working with project management tools such as Airtable highly desired
• An established understanding of metrics used within advertising methodologies.
