Fitch Solutions is seeking a talented Data Operations Specialist to join our team in Manchester.
The ideal candidate will have experience with third-party CRM systems, strong Excel skills, and knowledge of databases. As a Data Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for reviewing and mastering customer data in Salesforce based on 3rd-party data sources, maintaining defined governance standards, and working with the Team Supervisor to ensure data validation for key data domains across Master Data Management.
Key responsibilities include:
Data review and merging of records against agreed SLA deadlines
Maintaining defined governance standards in accordance with Salesforce data governance policy
Work with Team Supervisor to ensure data validation for key data domains across Master Data Management
We offer a competitive salary range of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
