Job Description
Responsibilities:
Provide guidance and consultation to Privacy Operations to resolve privacy investigations and fulfil privacy requests.
Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to understand privacy concerns and drive next steps
Identify key privacy risks and assist in developing and documenting mitigating controls
Support audit, regulatory and compliance deliverables; assist in driving specific action plans and deliverables within the Control framework
Prepare materials for governance forums, privacy meetings and strategy working sessions
Collect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites, like SharePoint
Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business and privacy processes.
Maintain strong controls environment by documenting and updating key procedures
Support and facilitate privacy training sessions and promote privacy best practices
Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
Experience with working in a compliance, controls, privacy, business analyst or project function
Proven ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a team
Banking sector relevant experience preferable
Excellent written, oral communication skills and organizational skills
Ability to effectively deal with ambiguity and display problem solving skills
Intermediate level ability expected in all MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, Tableau, JIRA and Confluence.
Knowledge on GDPR, UK DPA is a plus
