Job Description:
We are seeking a Data Processing Executive to support PLC, FLC, healthcare form-based activities, and BPO processes. This is a target-driven role requiring accuracy, speed, and adherence to defined processes and turnaround times (TAT).
Key Responsibilities:
Data Processing & Operations:
Execute data entry, validation, verification, and correction tasks.
Process high volumes of data while maintaining quality standards.
Identify discrepancies and escalate issues to the Team Lead or Quality Team.
Target & Productivity Management:
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly productivity targets.
Maintain high accuracy in a performance-based environment.
Adhere to strict turnaround time (TAT) requirements.
Quality, Compliance & Security:
Follow SOPs and client guidelines, especially for healthcare-related processes.
Ensure data confidentiality and information security.
Participate in quality audits and implement feedback.
Reporting & Coordination:
Update productivity, accuracy, and status reports regularly.
Coordinate with team leaders, supervisors, and quality analysts to resolve operational issues.
Educational Qualification:
Any Graduate
Healthcare or BPO-related certification is an added advantage
Experience:
Freshers are welcome
1–2 years of experience in data processing preferred
Typing skill is mandatory
