1-1.5 years experience in forwarding industry, excellent knowledge of documentation and procedure is preferable. Detail minded and self-motivated. Main tasks: (functional & management tasks)
Receive contracts and surcharges from contract owners , double check whether all the necessary information are fully included. If not , please clarify with contract owner and ask for the complete contract rates and surcharges for CS update.
Update the contracts and surcharges on Cargo Sphere, make sure all the rates and surcharges are uploaded into the tool. Double check the accuracy of the rates before showing the contracts to all the users.
Cross check the display of the rates, surcharges and notes in rate search level , make sure all the info are displayed properly and without missing.
Update the worksheet once the contracts are done.
Explain the rates showing on rate search level in case users have any question on it. Please do revert back updated word resume
