Role: Data Processing – Analyst / Sr. Analyst
Purpose: Drive data processing requirements with excellent quality outputs. Work closely with DP lead to generate all data processing reports and build long term relationships with customers.
Responsibilities:
Collection and Collation of data as per customers formats
Analysis and Interpretation of collected data to generate output files as per defined specifications.
Identifying patterns and trends in data sets and flag to respective team
Reporting on daily/weekly/monthly business KPIs/metrics
Defining new data collection and analysis processes
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Generate and distribute reports in an accurate and timely manner
Experience & Skills:
Min 4+ years’ experience in a similar data processing role.
Extensive experience in market research DP team to generate reports and data checking syntax for all type of survey results.
Exposure to SPSS with advance level of data checking syntax writing skills and crosstabulation of survey data
Well versed with basic/advance excel formulas to meet all data processing or data checking formats
Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
Creating/running of Excel based VBA macros would be an added advantage
