Data Processing Specialist

Who We Are:
Anchor provides marketing CRM Database Services and additional Data information services.
Overview:
Anchor is seeking a highly motivated Data Processing Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will utilize Anchor’s proprietary software to convert files and reformat to USPS standards. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of data, excellent communication, problem solving and presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
Using Anchor’s proprietary merge/purge software; convert client files and reformat to US Postal Service standards and apply a wide variety of address, phone, email, and demographic data to identify duplicate names and addresses.
Perform Quality Control procedures to ensure accuracy of work.
Create and run conversion routines to prepare data for additional processing.
Manage your daily work schedule to meet deadlines and report progress daily to your supervisors.
Prepare and complete job flows detailing production activities completed for each project.
Qualifications:
AS Degree in Computer Programming, Statistics, Data Science, or related field preferred.
Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret project specifications, set up processing steps and effectively respond to questions.
Ability to multi-task.
Strong verbal and written communications skills.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, comfortable working in a Windows environment.
1-2 years or Agency/Service Bureau experience a plus.
