We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Data Cleansing Specialist with 1-2 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a foundational understanding of SAP transaction codes (t-codes), accounting principles, and hands-on experience managing customer master data, vendor master data, and open item line clearing.
Key Responsibilities:
• Data Cleansing: Perform thorough data cleansing activities to ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems.
• SAP Management: Utilize basic SAP t-codes to update and maintain data records effectively.
• Master Data Management: Manage and maintain customer master and vendor master data, ensuring all information is up-to-date and accurate.
• Open Item Clearing: Conduct open item line clearing activities to reconcile accounts and support financial accuracy.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies and implement data quality improvements.
• Compliance: Ensure all data management activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in data cleansing, data management, or a related role.
• SAP Proficiency: Basic understanding of SAP transaction codes and navigation.
• Accounting Knowledge: Fundamental understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Data Management Skills: Experience with customer and vendor master data management.
