Job Description
Key Responsibilities –
Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and provide timely solutions
To develop a high level of product knowledge of Civeo
Support invoicing, processing and reporting requirements
Monitor data processing performance and implement improvements as needed
Ensure compliance with data governance policies and industry regulations
Generate reports and visualisations to support data-driven decision-making
Verify price files to determine credits to be requested from vendors.
Initiate and manage credit claims.
Create purchase orders for Operations across various categories
Knowledge and experience –
Some experience in using Enterprise Resource Planning program such as JDE desirable
Resource, mining accommodation or hospitality experience highly desirable but not essential
Excellent interpersonal & administration skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent problem-solving skills
