Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior AI/ML Data Scientist to lead our team in designing, developing, and deploying end-to-end AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and ML frameworks, as well as practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop AI/ML solutions using Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Scikit-learn.
• Lead projects involving large language models, natural language processing, recommendation engines, and predictive modeling.
• Build, optimize, and maintain data pipelines and APIs for machine learning services.
• Deploy and scale machine learning models on cloud platforms using containerization and CI/CD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI systems.
• Ensure model performance, scalability, monitoring, and explainability.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
• 5–6 years of hands-on AI/ML / Data Science experience.
• Strong expertise in Python and ML frameworks.
• Practical experience with LLMs, embeddings, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
• Proven background in recommendation systems, personalization, and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in SQL/NoSQL databases and data pipeline development.
• Familiarity with APIs & microservices (FastAPI, Django REST, Flask).
• Experience with cloud ML deployments (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Good knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, Git, CI/CD for production ML.
