What is the job like?
Collaborate with experienced Data Scientists, Engineering, and Product teams to develop and enhance our Email Suites, Conversational chatbots, and other NLP-based AI systems.
Support the design and implementation of machine learning algorithms and models to operationalize solutions.
Assist in analyzing data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that contribute to enhancing our ML systems.
Participate in experiments to evaluate and optimize the performance of our AI systems.
Create dashboards and documentation to communicate results and monitor key data metrics regularly.
Be actively involved in taking models to production.
Collaborate with experienced Data Scientists, and software engineers to deploy and integrate data models into production systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
Who should apply for this role?
Master/Bachelor's degree in Machine Learning/Data Science, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or Engineering.
Strong foundational knowledge of data science concepts, machine learning algorithms, and programming skills.
Strong quantitative and problem-solving skills.
A good familiarity with NLP fundamentals and knowledge of essential data science libraries, including Pandas, Numpy, Scipy, and Scikit-Learn.
A good hands-on experience with Python used in data analysis and model building.
Eagerness to learn and apply new data science techniques to solve complex problems.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
Ability to write clear and concise technical documentation
Effective communication skills to express ideas and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualification
Knowledge of experimental design and working with skewed datasets.
Internship or project experience involving data science, machine learning, or natural language processing.
Basic knowledge of database systems, SQL, and NoSQL databases.
