NXT GIG is excited to invite applications for the position of Data Scientist to join our innovative team. As a Data Scientist, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and support decision-making processes across the organization. You will leverage your expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualization to develop predictive models and transform data into actionable strategies. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will identify business needs and provide data-driven solutions that enhance operational efficiency and product offerings. Responsibilities

Analyze large volumes of structured and unstructured data to identify patterns and trends
Develop, implement, and maintain machine learning models for predictive analytics
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and define analytical requirements
Communicate findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
Utilize data visualization tools to create reports and dashboards that convey key insights
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and apply best practices in analytics
Document methodologies and processes for future reference and team knowledge sharing


Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar analytical role
Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
Experience with machine learning libraries and frameworks (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or similar)
Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Excellent analytical skills and a passion for problem-solving
Strong communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
