Working within Home Buying growth and acquisition modelling supporting the Search & Find squad you will use your technical knowledge and understanding of business domain to deliver complex modelling projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Supporting the Chapter Lead in Home Buying Modelling, in providing analytical and modelling support for the development and monitoring of models for RBS Home Buying Business
Utilise data science and modelling techniques in Python or R to drive model development to solve key business problems for the Home Buying portfolio.
Develop and enhance the application, behavioural models and operational models across credit risk, pricing, marketing and operations to create and drive value for the Home Buying business

Tech skills:
We use a broad range of tools, languages, and frameworks. We don’t expect you to know them all but experience or exposure to any ML systems and statistical modelling will set you up for success in this role!
Minimum 4 years technical experience of Data Science, ML models and AI within a financial services organisation or a fast paced commercial environment
Strong hands-on coding and ability to write modular and optimised code using Python and SQL
AI-curious - You possess deeper-than-surface-level insights into AI models and preferably have hands-on project experience implementing them for personal or commercial projects
Degree qualified in Data Science, Machine Learning, Computer Science, Computational Linguistics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Actuarial Studies.
