Description

A fully systematic High-Frequency Trading (HFT) firm, are seeking a Data Scientist with a proven ability to discover, analyze, and integrate new data sources into their trading systems. You'll directly collaborate with their trading teams, providing insights and data they may not have even considered. Working across Equities, Futures, FX, Options, Fixed Income.

What You’ll Do:
• Develop and refine data-driven models to optimize trading strategies
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns in financial markets
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and developers to enhance algorithmic trading systems
• Use machine learning techniques and advanced statistical methods to improve decision-making
• Continuously explore new data sources and analytical techniques for market insights

Looking For:
• Expertise in Python
• Having worked in a trading environment
• Strong background in statistics, machine learning, and data analysis
• Experience with financial datasets (tick data, market data, etc.)
• Familiarity with algorithmic trading and financial markets is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Role can be fully remote across the US
