Job Responsibilities:
-Develop effective Python code to address intricate challenges, while leveraging your business acumen and analytical prowess to extract valuable insights from public databases.
-Engage in clear communication with researchers to advance organizational objectives.
-Articulate the reasoning and logic behind code in Jupyter notebooks or similar mediums.
-Address code bugs and maintain comprehensive documentation.
-Apply advanced data analysis skills to address critical business inquiries using diverse datasets (e.g., from Kaggle, the UN, the US government, etc.).
-Collaborate closely with researchers to understand requirements and deliver results effectively.
Job Requirements:
-Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
-Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience as a data scientist.
-3+ years of hands-on data analysis experience and a passion for driving impact in artificial intelligence.
-Over 3 years of experience in Python programming.
-Strong data analysis capabilities and business acumen to derive meaningful insights from datasets, address them effectively, and communicate key findings.
-Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
-Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and researchers.
-Proficiency in conversational and written English
