Role Overview :
We are looking for a to join our dynamic team and spearhead data-driven initiatives that strengthen our lending operations. This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of data analytics, and credit risk management, helping Apollo Finvest scale responsibly while delivering cutting-edge lending solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Credit and Business teams to monitor and mitigate risk exposure across lending products.
• Develop strategies for underwriting, collections, pricing, and operations to optimize performance.
• Establish early warning systems and risk models by analyzing operational and financial data.
• Utilise and implement alternative data strategies to strengthen Business Rule Engines and credit underwriting.
• Support the COO and Credit team with insights to drive data-backed decisions.
Qualification :
• 1–3 years of experience in risk management, underwriting, or credit operations within the NBFC or digital lending ecosystem.
• Proven expertise in scaling and managing lending products like Unsecured Loans
• Strong understanding of underwriting processes, credit sanctioning, and credit policy drafting.
• Analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with financial modeling, data analysis tools, and MIS reporting.
• Familiarity with RBI guidelines and regulatory frameworks for lending products.
