Your Role and Responsibilities
We are eager to bring a talented Data Solutions Consultant onto our expanding team of experts. In this pivotal position, you will play a crucial role in the design and development of Snowflake Data Cloud solutions, managing tasks such as constructing data ingestion pipelines, creating robust data architectures, and enforcing comprehensive data governance and security protocols.
As a successful candidate, you will be an experienced builder of data pipelines and a skilled data wrangler, embracing the challenge of optimizing data systems from the ground up. Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with database architects, data analysts, and data scientists to ensure efficient and reliable data delivery across various customer projects.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in roles focusing on data management, database development, ETL, or data preparation.
• Experience in developing data warehouses.
• Proficiency in building ETL/ELT ingestion pipelines.
• Experience with cloud platform services including Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery, and data processing services like AWS Glue, Azure Data Factory, or Google Dataflow.
• Ability to design and implement scalable, cost-effective solutions using cloud services while following security and compliance best practices.
• Skilled in manipulating and extracting value from large unstructured datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python is required; familiarity with Scala and JavaScript is a plus.
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP is advantageous.
• Comfortable with tools such as Snowflake, Matillion/Fivetran, or DBT.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build solid client relationships.
• Effective project management and organizational skills.
• Able to collaborate with cross-functional and agile teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English is required.
Preferred Technical and Professional Experience
• Experience integrating cloud technologies with Snowflake, and optimizing data and AI implementations.
• Knowledge of data engineering principles to deliver superior solutions on Snowflake platforms, combining cloud computing expertise.
• Capacity to enhance solutions on Snowflake for optimal integration and performance in data and AI applications.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools for streamlining data engineering workflows.
