Role summary
As a Data Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our clients as they transition their fund management data from legacy systems to the Caruso platform. You’ll work closely with the Implementation team to ensure smooth and accurate data migrations, while also partnering with Customer Success and Services teams to manage ad-hoc data import requests.

What you'll do:
Collaborate with the Implementation and Customer Success teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored data migration plans.
Address client data concerns and provide support throughout the migration process.
Validate, clean, and execute data migrations to ensure seamless transitions onto the Caruso platform.
Identify and resolve data migration issues in partnership with various teams to develop effective solutions.
Perform manual data entry tasks efficiently with a high level of accuracy
Develop and maintain data migration best practices to improve efficiency.
What we’re looking for
Minimum of 2 years of experience in data migration, data engineering, or related fields, preferably within SaaS platforms.
Expertise in SQL and Python is essential.
Strong knowledge of various data formats, database structures, and ETL processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot data migration issues effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.
