Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented SOP Documentation & Data Entry Specialist to support a major internal project: migrating our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from physical documents into our new digital platform, Way We Do.
While data entry is a core component of the role, this position requires strong critical thinking and content comprehension. The successful candidate will be responsible for interpreting and restructuring existing policy content—ensuring it is appropriately formatted and meaningful within the new system.
This is an excellent opportunity for a contractor with experience in documentation, process mapping, or policy management—especially those with exposure to property management or leasing operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and interpret existing SOPs, policies, and procedures from physical or legacy formats
Migrate and structure SOP content into the Way We Do platform in accordance with our internal standards
Use judgment to determine what content is relevant and how it should be organized or reformatted in the new system
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve ambiguities, gather missing information, and ensure procedural accuracy
Flag gaps, redundancies, or inconsistencies in documentation and suggest improvements
Perform ongoing quality checks to ensure clarity, accuracy, and usability of digitized SOPs
Track progress and maintain clear documentation of work completed and outstanding
Qualifications:
Proven experience in data entry, documentation, policy writing, or process mapping
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to synthesize information and make sound content decisions
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Clear and professional communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience working independently and managing timelines effectively
Familiarity with Way We Do or similar SOP/documentation platforms is a strong asset
Knowledge of or experience in the property management or leasing industry is preferred, but not required
Contract Details:
Full-time contract through December 2026
Potential for extension based on project progress and organizational needs
Hourly rate commensurate with experience
How to Apply:
