AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Data Steward Dealer Data.
As a Data Steward you will be working to ensure the continuous improvement and monitoring of our dealer data globally resulting in consistent, compliant, high quality data that meets global data standards.
You will be part of a global dealer data steward team delivering a best-in-class service to the organization through the design and operation of the dealer Master Data Management (MDM) solution, data quality and completeness reporting, definition of data standards and the implementation of data cleansing rules and algorithms.
Your Impact
• Work closely with the dealer data owner, data governance and IT to define dealer data quality standards and implement processes to maintain and improve data quality globally, and fix data quality issues
• Acts as an internal knowledge broker for GDPR and similar data privacy regulations
• Document and ensure understanding of data lineage across dealer system landscape in collaboration with IT
• Identify and resolve global data quality issues in partnership with business units
• Monitor and enhance Dealer MDM workflow SLAs with business input
Your Experience and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years’ relevant experience as a data steward, data analyst or data scientist (3-5 years)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills: in English
• Knowledge of GDPR and similar global regulations (e.g. LGPD)
• Project management experience and basic understanding of agile methodology is an advantage
• Familiarity with MDM solutions (Salesforce or SAP MDG) and data management platforms is an advantage
