Job Description
One of my investment banking client is looking to hire strategic leader who is hands-on in python programming (read write), can contribute significantly to building a holistic data strategy across the whole business.
• Team is responsible for the data strategy across trading book side of business for all data types focusing on consistent data access, search functionality, data quality and controls, and meta data.
• The successful applicant will need a good understanding of data engineering, data analytics.
• Experience of data related work in a large financial institution and a good understanding of financial data would be useful.
• There is a possibility for the candidate to have local management responsibility for strats in Mumbai both in the data team and possibly other teams. So experience managing medium size teams would be a plus.
• The work will involve constant collaboration with technology and other business units.
