Job Title- Database Engineer
This position is open for the Bangalore location, and we are looking for candidates who can join us within 15 days or at the earliest.
About The Role
• Should have experience in a production database environment.
• Should have Experience with at least 3 databases: Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, DynamoDB 3. Should have experience working in a cloud environment.
• Should have Experience Working with different OS like Linux / AIX & Windows.
• Verify daily backups across Oracle & RDS environments.
• Restart jobs / initiate backups if any failures.
• User management.
• Script executions and incidents related to databases.
• Monitor the Grafana Dashboards for any changes / unusual activities.
• Work on DB copy-down requests.
• Ensure Oracle Data guard standby is in sync with the primary.
• Nice to have AWS RDS /Terraform/Ansible/Oracle Dataguard/PowerBi/Snowflake
