Good Experience in using Backup and recovery tools(RMAN/EXPDP/IMPDP)
Good
Experience of Oracle Data Guard Physical Standby configuration, build and support including Data Guard Broker and replication.
Full life cycle support of clients database(s).
Database system utilizes RAC and non-RAC for OLTP and warehouse, Active Data Guard for DR, partitioning on 11gR2 and 12c on premises and cloud environment.
Responsible for database backups, design, development, testing, and performance tuning.
Experience on Oracle Enterprise Manager.
Hands on experience on Database Mirroring, Log Shipping, Replication and Always-on in all SQL versions
Hands on experience on SQL server hosted in windows clustering platform Experience and troubleshooting tools
Experience with back-ups, restores and recovery models
Knowledge of High Availability (HA) and Disaster Recovery (DR) options for SQL Server
Migration of MS SQL DB server between data centers
Migration of MS SQL server to MS Azure cloud
Migration of SQL database through DB backup and restore method
Experience working with MS SQL Cluster, Windows server, including Active Directory
Will work with developers to design and build new structures to support application
enhancements and promote database changes throughout the Dev, UAT and Prod databases.
Responsible for quarterly patch applications (PSU) and periodic database upgrades with minimal downtime in database environment
