Strong database troubleshooting and problem-solving skills are required.
Hands on experience with working on SQL.
Hands on experience working on installation/upgrade/patching of different versions of SQL servers.
Configure and maintain database servers and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, --availability, and security.
Good knowledge on implementing and managing database indexes and index maintenance strategies.
Experience with backups, restores and refresh of databases.
Sound knowledge of user access management and security on SQL Server databases.
Support different script deployments on Database servers.
Able to work independently in highly critical database environment with minimal supervision.
