Job Description
What You'll Be Doing
• Responsible for Automation intiatives for DBA activities - clone,patching, user provising,upgrades among others.
• Administer Ansible infrastructure, perform maintenance and configuration
• Develop Ansible playbooks and modules
• Evaluate oppurtunities to automate existing manual tasks.
• Define and setup the process to support DBA tasks.
• Exposure to OEM (Oracle Enterprise Manager)
• On-Call Support for project/production environment
• Support Maintenance Outages throughout the year
What We Are Looking For:
• Ansible for DevOps Development with an experience 2 - 6 years.
• Strong experience with Ansible Playbook development and Ansible Tower deployment
• Intermediate-level scripting in Shell or Python. Experience in Java/Pl-SQL is advantageous .
• Working knowledge of Oracle database and ERP technologies.
• Comfortable with frequent, incremental code, testing and deployment.
• Good Knowledge on Incidents/Request and CHANGE MANAGEMENT process
• Strong Troubleshooting Skills
Good to have Skills:
• Experience with Oracle middleware technologies.
• Experience with Multiple OS flaours - Linux,AIX,Windows.
• Ability to adapt to a changing and dynamic environment.
