Requirement: - 3+ years of experience in Database Implementation. - Excellent DBA skills in MySQL & Maria DB. - Hands-on experience on MySQL database along with various Replication (master-master,master-slave) technologies and types like log file-based, GTID based etc. - Hands-on experience with tools like Enterprise monitor, enterprise backup, enterprise audit etc. - Work experience in Maria dB installation and configuration and production support. - Experience in Backup & recovery, performance & tuning. - Understanding customer's requirements to recommend during Database activity - Ready to handle 24.7 support calls. Responsibilities: - Will be responsible for MySQL installation, configuration and optimization along with sound knowledge on Maria DB. - Integrate MySQL and Maria DB Scripts for application requirement, Backup and restoration of the database - Taking Backup of important Databases and restoring when it is required. - Configuring meaningful threshold values for productive alerting in the database - Taking care of all support database - Troubleshooting if DB issues which are faced during integration - Making sure customer DB is running fine after installing application software. - Interacting with Product engineering teams for DB/script related issues. - Provide Guidance to the application Helpdesk team on DB related issues and making sure the right kind of tickets are being logged. - Replication in MySQL and Maria DB.
