7 years of extensive experience in using database access tools for application delivery, such as Informatica or Oracle OCI
5 years of strong knowledge of database management systems, data warehouse management, and decision support tools
5 years of experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of data warehouses and data marts
5 years of experience in business objects and building the data dictionary
5 years of strong familiarity with analysis, planning, and management reporting functions
5 years of well-developed oral and written communication skills
5 years of strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
5 years of extremely high analytical ability for solving unusual and difficult problems
5 years of understanding benchmarking processes and techniques
5 years of very high interpersonal skills to work effectively with others, motivate employees, and elicit work output

Work is typically scheduled from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with four days remote and one day (Thursday) onsite
However, there may be occasions when employees need to work after hours or on weekends to support specific tasks
While the schedule may need to be flexible, it will not exceed 40 hours per week or 1500 hours total
Utilize database access tools such as Informatica or Oracle OCI for application delivery
Manage and maintain database management systems and data warehouses
Develop, implement, and maintain data warehouses and data marts
