Database Administrator III
Database Administrator III (Hyderabad,India)

In this role you will....
Role responsibilities
• Support a variety of database technologies with primary responsibility for Microsoft SQL Server
• Ensure security standards are properly implemented and maintained
• Bring forward opportunities for enhancement of database security and scalability
• Effectively manage capacity planning and requirements
• Perform Incident and Problem management duties
You've got what it takes if you have...
• Expert at SQL Server database administration, troubleshooting, security, and performance.
• Expert communicator with both technical peers and executives in the US and India.
• Expert level understanding of and experience with Always-On Clustering
• Analyze databases, access patterns, and estimate capacity needs.
• Sound knowledge on Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
• Experienced with database encryption at rest and in motion as well as key management.
• Experience with diagnostic / monitoring tools such as Solar Winds
• Experience in evaluating, planning, and performing database server upgrades.
• Ability to document standard operating procedures.
Minimum Requirements
• Experience with NoSQL databases
