We have an opening for Database Administrator position.
Position - Database Administration
Experience - 5+ years
Location - Remote
Shift - Night shift
Shift Timing - 5:30 pm to 2:30 am
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Mid-level database administrator to join our dynamic
team. This position will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of
front-end and back-end components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MS SQL
Server, Crystal Reports, SSMS Management, and PowerShell.
Primary Functions:
• Design, develop, and maintain SQL database schemas and scripts.
• Write efficient and optimized SQL stored procedures and queries for data retrieval and
manipulation.
• Perform Extract Translate Load (ETL)
• Perform SQL Server migrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and ensure
database solutions meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot database-related issues and optimize performance.
• Ensure data security, integrity, and availability.
• Develop and maintain documentation related to database design and processes.
Job Qualifications:
The qualifications we are looking for are mixture of work experience and educational background.
They are split into Minimum Qualifications (must have) and Additional Qualifications (nice to have)
along with soft skills (competencies) needed for the role:
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5 to 7 years of experience as a SQL Developer, Database Administrator, or similar role.
• 5+ years Microsoft SQL Server
• 5+ years SSMS (SQL Server Management Studio) Management Tools
• Knowledge of best practices for database performance optimization.
Additional Qualifications:
• 3+ years Crystal Reports or equivalent
• PowerShell experience preferred.
• HTML experience preferred.
• Healthcare industry exp
Soft/ Behavior Skills:
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
