Job Title: SQL Database Administrator
We are seeking a skilled SQL Database Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our database systems.
About the Role:
• Ensure the security, integrity, and availability of our database systems.
• Design, implement, and maintain database solutions that meet business needs.
• Develop and enforce database security policies and procedures.
• Analyze and resolve database performance issues.
Requirements:
• 4-6 years' experience as a Production SQL Server DBA
• Detailed knowledge of SQL Server Database management processes and architecture
• Ability to communicate and articulate technology discussions in relation to Databases at both technical and business levels
• Experience in working on all the ITIL Processes
Preferred Qualifications:
• Hands on experience as a Database administrator in Oracle or SQL
• Experience in handling Full, Differential and Transaction log backups
• Exceptional understanding of Operations and Technology
• Deep understanding of DB Server performance analysis and tuning / capacity planning / query optimization
