Job DescriptionWe are looking for a PostgreSQL database administrator or PostgreSQL DBA who can build, maintain, configure, and repair PostgreSQL open-source databases. Other duties include deploying applications to help clients and employers use the database for their specific needs.Responsibilities Coordinate with the developers, managers and leadership teams to build effective databasesCollaborate with product managers to make sure database code meets demandCommunicate with front-end developers to define plain yet dynamic APIsKeep a check on data structures and quality of data with DBAsIntegrate and maintain database code in procedures, scripts, queries, and views Requirements Total Experience : 4+Experience on ORA2PG tool for oracle to PostgreSQL conversion.Familiarity with PostgreSQL support for JSONGood Grasp of ETL conceptsOracle RAC experience / hands-on is a must, sound technical knowledge of RAC technology, DG & GoldenGateIn-depth understanding of data management (e.g. permissions, recovery, security, and monitoring)Strong written and verbal communication along with proven fluency of English Location : Pan IndiaImmediate joiner is a big plus
