Company OverviewOrion eSolutions is seeking an experienced Database Administrator (DBA) with a specialization in Microsoft SQL Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our SQL Server databases, ensuring their reliability, performance, and security. The DBA will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies for database backups, disaster recovery, and database security. The successful candidate will work closely with our development team to optimize database performance and ensure that database design and code adhere to best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases to ensure their reliability, performance, and security.
• Good exposure of NoSQL Databases
• Database development/administration experience gained in a commercial environment.
• A sound knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server including T-SQL, Replication, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI Gateway & TFS.
