• Selection, implementation, and management of third-party tools or services in pursuit of data management goals
• Design, execute, enforce overall database architecture strategy, standards and practices
• Work closely with data engineering teams to develop data models that support business processes
• Work with Database Manager to set standards and best practices.
• Act as mentor and coach to database team members to help the team perform at a high level
• Work with data engineering to ensure database change management best practices
• Modify DBMS programs to increase processing performance
• Implement, test, review, and proactively monitor the health of database services to enable
• Proactively involved in the technical leadership team, product strategy and roadmap
• Take ownership, lead, and contribute to complex projects encompassing data integrations, data transformation, Data
• Lakes, data pipelines, system design, and system builds for on-prem and cloud environment
• Work with the data engineering teams to complete data modeling and database design of products and coding efficient and optimal performance queries
• Work directly with customers to support and solve complex challenges and build strong bus
• Provide 24x7 support for critical production systems.
