Database Administrator Sr
We are seeking a highly motivated TEMPORARY - Database Administrator Sr to join our team. The Database Administrator Sr will be responsible for managing the daily operations and long-term health of all Structured Query Language (SQL) server database systems. The incumbent will provide expert-level support and technical leadership in the design, implementation, optimization and maintenance of enterprise database infrastructure. As a subject matter expert (SME), the incumbent will partner with the Information Technology (IT) department and other business units to ensure database environments are secure, resilient and aligned with organizational goals. The incumbent will work independently, with guidance from the department manager and play a key role in troubleshooting, performance tuning and strategic planning. The incumbent will provide technical expertise and mentor team members while driving database solutions that support mission-critical applications and data integrity.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, management information systems (MIS) or a related field PLUS 4 years of experience with progressive technical responsibilities in IT with specific emphasis on SQL server administration required, including 1 year of experience managing SQL environments in Azure; an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the position such as those listed above may also be qualifying.

• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.)
